- Directors at SPECC have over 30 years of experience and hold Master's Degrees in Early Childhood.
- Teachers have degrees in early childhood ranging from the CDA to Master's Degrees.
- All staff receive annual training to support their work with young children.
- Many of our staff have at least 10 years of experience working at SPECC
